Dimenidazole Hydrotrope
Main ingredients:
Pharmaceutical-grade excipient
Ingredient characteristics:
1. The excipient has stable properties and is not easily deformed, cracked, molded, or contaminated at room temperature.
2.There are no incompatibilities with the active ingredient, no side effects, and no impact on efficacy.
3.Harmless and physiologically inactive to the human body.
4.No antagonistic effect with the active ingredient, does not affect the determination of active ingredient content, etc.
Mechanism of action:
Shallow chemical mechanism to aid solubilization, by matching the corresponding hydrophilic groups of drug molecules to achieve the purpose of solubilization.
Usage:
The active ingredient and Sample C are mixed in a ratio of 6:4 to obtain a uniform mixture, resulting in a 60% aqueous solution of the active ingredient. It is recommended to mix and grind the mixture for better results. (If a 10-30% aqueous solution of the active ingredient is required, dilute the already processed 60% aqueous solution with excipients for the active ingredient.)
Standard:
Enterprise standard.
After mixing, some particles may be observed in the product when added to water. Slow dissolution, clear solution, solubility of above 4000PPM. If higher solubility or faster dissolution rate is desired, adjust the proportion of Sample C accordingly, with 40% aqueous solution of the active ingredient being the best. pH value is neutral. pH value is between 7-8.
